Shipping Policy

  • Free of Charge   2 – 3 day delivery via USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air, or FedEx 2nd Day  (Carrier selection at the discretion of Kimpel’s shipping department).
  • Overnight shipping (for delivery Monday – Friday) is available upon request at a charge of $19.95 (regardless of value). 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy
  • Please call us our toll-free at 1-888-799-3771 for a return authorization number or e-mail our customer service department at customerservice@kimpels.com. Please write the “return authorization number” on the shipping label.
  • Please be sure that that merchandise is in original and unused condition with all literature, packaging, etc.  We regret that we cannot issue refunds on merchandise that has been altered or damaged, or is not returned to us as per our instructions.
  • For your protection, please return the item in a way that you can verify and track. UPS or FedEx are easily traceable. USPS Insured Mail or Registered Mail are safe, but are not quickly traceable.  Remember to insure the item for its full value.
  • Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of our return department, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.  Credit Card purchases will we credited against your credit card.  Check, cash, or bank wire transfer purchases will be refunded by check.  Refunds will be processed within 10-business days after receipt of returned item(s).

Diamond Trade-In Policy

  • Acknowledging that your Kimpel diamond represents a great investment, we will be pleased to offer you the “current fair market” value of your Kimpel diamond against an upgrade to a larger diamond, as long as the diamond has not been damaged.   Our policy allows you to enjoy the benefits of the appreciated value of your diamond.
